We were referred to Mark Fickin Ford to diagnose an engine noise and also complete two recalls on our 2020 Ford Escape. We had previously been quoted a 3 month wait to get in to see an Engine Tech at our local dealership. We were shocked and overjoyed to hear that we could get in in less than a week. It was while dropping off our vehicle that we were greeted by Cody Larigey. He listened to video of what we were experiencing, discussed our two recalls, and was extremely professional while also genuinely kind. What impressed us the most is that we were given a cell number to contact him with any concerns, but he gave us a timeline of when we would hear back from him with an update one way or the other. We understand that things take time, but also understand that being short a vehicle in a working family also requires planning ahead. He followed thru on when he assured us we would hear an update from him, and to our delight, informed us that our vehicle was ready for pickup. There is so much more we could say from our initial phone conversation with the receptionist (who was a sweetheart)… to the kind smile and greeting we received from the gentleman who took our keys and made sure to place plastic inside before any work was done to protect our interior. Not even a dirty fingerprint was left. Keep up the high standards, Mark Fickin Ford! There are people who really do appreciate you!
