On time pleasant staff. All information communicated about care and what to expect with the cost, problems and progress communicated in time. Nice clean waiting area and accommodations Everything was explained including information about the rest rooms and work areas. Very comfortable and accommodating wait area with coffee and refreshments. Very Pleasant experience. Personalized service
