    Recently purchased a car from this dealership. 1. The finance guy outright lied about the best rate they could give me. Three calls to separate banks (who they claim to have contacted) and I had a rate almost half of what they offered me, at which point they replied with "We verified with such and such that we can give you that rate too". 2. Sales rep was very condescending about KBB values until i showed him equivalent values from NADA and PureCar values straight from the dealership itself that matched (or exceeded) the KBB value. Don't treat your customers like idiots. 3. Was asked several times to keep signing documents even though I was reading them. Don't push your customers like that. Completely unprofessional. 4. Financier made it seem like certain packages were included in the price and implied they were free, they were not. With these "secretive" additions they increased the amount of the loan by over 10k. 5. It doesn't look good on sales reps when I'm having to constantly correct them about features or specs on the dealerships cars (like horsepower, track packages, etc). More knowledge needs to be bestowed or have specialty groups for particular cars. The only reason I give this review 2 stars is because they were professional and helpful when confronted about it. Everything was corrected and I walked away with the same car for much much less. If you choose this dealer, I would recommend getting outside financing first. Do not let them rush you and make sure you read over every document carefully. Go in with cash in tow and get out.

    Unfortunate that places like this give car dealerships a bad rap. Sales and general managers are unable to return phone calls or email. Finance guy outright lied. The car is good but the experience wasn't. There are plenty of other places to buy a car.

    If I could give them a negative rating I would. This place is the most massive joke of a car sales place. They don't listen to any of the customers wants. What a waste of time even talking to these people. Every other dealer beat their price.

    I went to purchase a car and they inflated the price on a the Escape when the new models were coming in. Plus I had the clunker deal and I felt they were taking advantage of me. The sales person was very nice but the guys in the booth were [violative content deleted]. To bad because I really liked the sales person.

    Went to Young Ford to see a car they had listed online. The car was exactly as advertised and was already listed over $2,000 under book value. They were up front and honest, very easy to work with. After a weekend full of pushy salesmen at other dealerships, the no pressure sales approach that Darnell B brought was refreshing and really gave us an opportunity to make a wise decision without all the nonsence chatter in our ear that other salesmen brought. We enjoyed our experience with them and when my mom's ready to get her car, I'll take her to Young Ford, now that's saying something! Great customer service, friendly people and fair prices can't be beat!!

    i purchased a car from Young Ford in May after searching for a car online for weeks. I knew the year and make and color of the car i wanted at the lowest miles and lowest price. I searched every Ford dealership within 100 miles and many other dealerships preowned as well. Young won and i made the purchase. I had a few issues with the car as nothing is unbreakable. These guys were awesome! John A, Kurt H and Rodney W are super as well as all the other Young Ford crew members.

    The salesman was constantly on his cell phone which I think is a slap in my face. This tells me that I am not important enough to him that he cannot give me the attention I believe I deserve in that small time that I am in the dealership. Was he nice? Yes, very nice. We made good conversation in-between his looks and messages on his cell phone. I will never go to this or any other Ford dealership again. I promptly drove to a Nissan dealership and purchased an Altima.
