Scott was wonderful and the whole day and process was so smooth. Communication was great and I got to leave that day with my new terrain! I needed an SUV as a new time mom and Scott made that happen! He is the best!

The Service department explained that it might be a fuse which would be easily replaced. Went to drop it off… Wednesday night for Thursday but instead of just driving it to park it overnight, they did an immediate repair for which I waited maybe 20 minutes. Saved my Husband from having to get up an hour early to drive me in for an early meeting and I got the car back! Win-win situation! Thanks Kerbeck's!5 star dealership
