    I Took my terrain in for an oil change but I ending up purchasing new 2015 enclave.The salesman was Joe Dibello he was wonderful .Over all the service was great and fckerbeck took care of the oil change.

    Came in after getting emails stating FC Kerbeck wanted my Acadia in trade. First offer was horrible. Then a call from Steve making things look better. After going through the wringer and losing the car we decided on (Sold to another customer?), we settled on another car. Then the Merry Go Round continued with the wrong term, no warranty as promised and other small issues. I hate buying cars because of these games. In the end both FC Kerbeck and I walked away OK, but does it have to be so painful?

    This is been an excellent experience from making the phone call to schedule the appointment to the check out. The service advisor Jason kept me informed with updates as to the progress of my service. I will continue to come back what a wonderful experienceI also love the new Service department building. The staff is very warm and friendly. I really have no nothing but positive things to say about my experience and will recommend you to my family and friends. Thank you very much for the service and keep up the good work !!

    Was disappointed that the online appointment did not show in the dealer's system when I got there. Would be nice if a car wash was part of the service.

    I recently purchased a brand new 2015 GMC Terrain from FC Kerbeck. I am crazy about this SUV! My sales person Greg Montgomery made the whole buying process a breeze and kept me excited about my purchase the whole way through. He was so accommodating and made the entire experience fun for my daughter, cousin and I. I would strongly recommend FC Kerbeck to anyone looking for a new vehicle!!!

    always good service people friendly came in for oil change done in no time but 1 thing I did not like was all 4 of my tires were below tire pressure and were never checked had to have it done at my work by our mechanic that was the only thing I did not like

    This is the THIRD time I have been back to get the 4WD problem fixed and I have had the Yukon for less that two months. If this happens again I will be looking to the Lemon Law to get a replacement. Your service has done what it could and I have nothing but respect for them but I am wondering if I made a mistake trading in my 2012 Denali (also bought at kerbeck) for this lemon.

    Dan provided me with an excellent experience. He was able to take care of my asks and needs in a timely fashion so that I did not have to be at the dealership all day. He was patient and able to work around some of my unique challenges. Being a Lesee, I frequently visit dealerships to return and lease vehicles. This has been my best experience so far and I will definitely come back when my new lease is up! Thank you FC Kerbeck!

    I came to get some touch up paint but parts was out of stock so they ordered it. Also, after returning a recent trip I Realized that I didn't know where the was and the Manuel was a little confusing but your service manager showed me where it was located and how to get it out. Somewhat inconvient so maybe we will call AAA if there's a problem.

    my experience was a very pleasant one from the time I arrived and was offered a beverage to the very end when I was presented with a bouquet of flowers way to go kerbeck not to mention I love my new buick verano

    Everytime I have my vehicle serviced at FC Kerbeck, the staff is extremely friendly and makes sure that I know exactly what is being done and the cost as well as the service being completed in a timely manner.

    BEFORE YOU BUY A CAR FROM F.C. KERBECK . . . PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW IT WILL SAVE YOU MONEY, TIME, and HEADACHES. I recently purchased a used Cadillac from FC Kerbeck. I drove it off the lot that night, despite the fact that some things needed to be done to the car: A weather strip needed to be replaced, the dash needed to be secured, and the car needed to be detailed. I returned the car 3 days later to have these items finished. They said it would be ready in 1-2 days. However, it took much longer than that. They ended up keeping my car for 5 days and they never called to notify me that the car was ready to be picked up. I actually went to the dealer on the 4th day in hopes that the car would be finished. When I got there, no one knew where my car was or had any idea of the status of the car. They told me to stop back the next day. I said I am not stopping back until you call me to notify me that my car is finished. I left my phone number for the salesman to call me to notify me when the car was done. I never received a phone call. I did go back the next day and was able to pick up my car. BUT.... the car had never been detailed (which they agreed to do). After finally getting my car back, I told Ed Mauer (salesman) that I no longer wanted the car and requested my money back, since they offer a 5 day 300 mile money back guarantee. Ed said that it was over the 5 days. I argued that I only had the car for 3 days, and the dealer had the car for an additional 5 days in order to complete the items on the punchlist. So the fact that they kept my car over the 5 day limit, screwed me when I wanted to return the car. The other reason why I hate FC Kerbeck is because they treat you like a NUMBER. You are not a customer to them, you are a NUMBER. They only care about making their daily, weekly, monthly sales quota. They will try every trick up their sleeve to sell you a car. And after they sell you a car and you drive away, they wont remember your name (they may remember your face) but I guarantee after 2 weeks, they will forget who the hell you are. So... It's been 2 weeks since I originally bought the car and I am going to sell it already because if this is how I was treated in the first couple of days, God knows how horrible they will treat me over the next 5 years of my lease. I am probably going to lose about $5k as a result of this experience, but I'd rather lose that much money than to have to deal with this RUTHLESS Dealership. I strongly recommend that NO ONE... I MEAN NO ONE... ever purchase a car from FC Kerbeck. You're better off going to another dealership and pay a little more than to buy a car from FC Kerbeck. I guarantee that you will have a better experience with a different dealership.

    My check engine light was on for several days and I scheduled an appointment to bring my car in for service. The night before my appointment, the check engine light went off. The next morning Jon M greeted me at the service area and took my information about the car. I told him the light went off last night and he assured me that the car stored the information and the tech would be able to access what caused the problem. I waited for my car and Jon explained to me what the problem was and how it was repaired. I was very satisfied with my service experience.
