I purchased a 2014 LaCrosse in Nov 2014. The car had several issues. When I completed a survey expressing my frustration with the car, I was immediately contacted by Kerbeck to resolve the issue. I opted to purchase a new vehicle, which I am totally pleased with. My salesman had stayed in contact with me to ensure I am pleased with the resolution.
