After haggling, my wife and I walked away with a deal I was okay with. 3 or lease. I hate the hagle..Thank you for sharing your experience with us. I would like to state that my experience with the Salesman, and Sales manager, were wonderful, and I would definitely recommend them to help you make the deal with you. This was a positive experience, and my second car from Nagee, 1st from Scott. I will definitely be coming back for a 3rd.

I am back with FC Kerbeck

He has always provided outstanding service and support, and I have purchased multiple vehicles from FC Kerbeck. During his absence, the responsiveness disappeared, and… I went to another dealer. I worked with Ryan Owen and Steve Willis on my most recent purchase of a new Envision, and overall, it was a very good experience. My only issue is that what should have been perhaps a 1.5 hour visit turned into almost 3.5 hours, all becuse there is only one finance advisor. He was very pleasant and solicitous, but no customer should have to wait that long for a simple cash transaction. Still, the overall quality of the purchase process at Kerbeck is definitely worth the visit.Thank you for sharing your experience with us! We're thrilled to hear that you returned to F.C. FC KERBECK mishandled my vehicle
by FC KERBECK NEGLIGENCE on 08/08/2024I purchased this truck brand new from FC KERBECK and it had only been maintained there I left a review previously and once again the dealership has failed me I am still in the process with GM and FC KERBECK to rectify this issue and toady… after it was at service I drove 15 miles and my check engine light came back after the last review I posted Joe McGrath contacts me on this forum to save face tasking me to contact them about my issues himself and other representatives completely ignore all my calls and messages. At this point i believe my vehicle has been mishandled and retaliated against for me speak my up on the negligenceWe acknowledge your review and are currently looking into the events you’ve detailed.

Issues with vehicle service failed maintenance and diagnosis

by GLRphila on 05/26/2024Kerbeck Cadillac had my car for almost 2 weeks before they return it back to me to get transportation on my own back-and-forth to work because they said they don’t give out loaner vehicles that is very very disappointing. Every other car… dealership that I have bought my car from supplied you with a loaner car when they had your vehicle in their shop, that’s why Kerbeck Cadillac only received three stars .We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback which we take seriously. No follow up
by Todd C on 06/21/2021I purchased a vehicle. After a month, I still hadn’t received the registration or tags. It would’ve been fine had they returned my phone calls or updated me on progress. I called several times only to receive endless ringing or somebody who… said they would call me back but never did. I also ordered parts for my new truck. They never came. I was never updated. When I called to find out status, either I didn’t receive an answer or somebody said they would call me back but never did. My feeling is this dealership is there just to move vehicles, but they do not care about service or any ancillary products. I would go here only if I got the best price on a vehicle.Thank you for reaching out to us, your experience is taken seriously by our entire team. Fortunately, as an employee with Comcast, I was also able to apply my GM Supplier Discount towards… my new lease.
