    Ashley put me in the perfect vehicle for me, the Fusion SE. I absolutely LOVE it! It rides SO nice, has great handling, the dashboard is awesome, it looks great, gets great gas mileage, and I could go on & on. My experience there was nothing less than very pleasant. They also gave me a great deal, & a payment I can live with. Everyone at All American were great, especially Ashley.

    I brought my F150 in for service on Tuesday November 3. I had called ahead to schedule the appointment and to secure a loaner vehicle. The transaction was perfect- I dropped off my vehicle and was off with my loaner vehicle back at work with enough time to spare- which was my main concern. My service advisor called me later that day to inform me what my vehicle had required and that they would need to order parts for it and keep it for another day. The next day I went to pick it up and everything was perfect with regards to my concerns that I was having.

    My Ford Edge was serviced July 17th after 2 attempts to repair sensor problem. Pat Townsend was excellent. He was professional and pleasant and reassured me that problem would be found and repaired which it was. Thank you Pat and the mechanics who found the problem and did the repair. On 8-17-15 I noticed a problem with drivers side windshield wiper the blade was replaced but did not solve the problem once again Pat had the mechanic try to fix problem immediately on 8-19-15. I am now waiting for a new windshield wiper. The sevice dept is excellent and I thank everyone especially Pat. Kimberly Meigh has also been a great help. She is professional,excellent,pleasant and a pleasure to deal with. Her responses are quickly returned and very helpful. Thank you Kimberly.

    whenever I bring my 2012 Ford Harley Davidson Model I go to the service rep Mike Collins. Mikes knowledge of my vehicle has always been right on. He has kept my vehicle running at its peak and always advises me of things that I need to have done and it gets done. Mike Collins is an asset to your service staff and makes me very secure when my vehicle gets service

    I came to your dealership looking for a vehicle after my old car, a Hyundai Tiburon, was stolen from my home back in May. I'd been searching for a vehicle for a while, and came to you guys on a complete whim. My dealer, Stephen K, couldn't have been a nicer bloke. Funny, straight forward, and didn't try to give me the run around to sell me something I didn't want. Even when he told me it would be an extra day before I could take my car home due to an unforeseen mechanical issue (the vehicle needed a new battery), he was honest, apologetic, and really put me at ease about everything. Thanks again, mate.

    Pick up truck servicing . I'm pretty sure every thing that needed fixing was done. Def added and spilt down the side of the truck and I wiped it off after I got home
