    Knowledgeable staff, friendly, professional, and we were able to go in, complete information and drive our FORD CONNECT right off the lot. What could be better?! Vehicle is easy to handle, parks handily, is versatile for ALL of our needs, is economical and our neighbors were wowed! The air conditioning is powerful, not a lot of doodads, just good solid necessities and well designed dash. Visibility is GREAT! The windows allow for exceptional view. FORD knocked it out of the park with this one!

    I went on Labor Day to look for F550, I called before I went there and spoke do Dinna. Once I arrived she was very polite, took me to check iut the options and had a good conversation to better understand what I was looking for. And incredibly, only 4 days after I sent her the Corp. Code they already had my license plate.

    This was our second try at All American Ford. We felt like just another number walking in the first time a year ago and left without purchasing. So impersonal, so cold. The only reason we tried it again was that they happened to have the vehicle we wanted to test drive in their lot. When I called over to check if they had that car available I specifically told the woman on the phone I did Not want to be called back for any reason other than for her to confirm the car was there. Not even 5 minutes later a different salesperson called me confirming my appointment to test drive the car. What? I never made an appointment, and made it clear I was not going to. We were just popping in sometime that afternoon. That should have been my first hint. When my husband, children, and I arrived at All American, Claudia was assigned to us. Wow, she couldn't have been more miserable. Barely cracked a smile. Everyone has a bad day but gosh, we felt like she was annoyed with our presence. When my husband went to retrieve our kids' booster seats she actually told us to leave our kids behind and she would drive with one of us at a time. Seriously?! Who says that?! The point is to see if the entire Family is comfortable and if the car will be practical for us. We all fit fine, btw. Claudia didn't talk about any features, so when we asked her questions she would shrug or just say "mm hmm". When we arrived back at the lot and went back to her desk it took 45 minutes (no exaggerating!) for her to answer one tiny little question, ignoring us while she typed, walked away a few times, and answered a phone call while we were waiting for the answer to our question. She rolled her eyes while helping whomever was on the line and never once apologized for taking a call mid-session. We left when our question was finally answered (by someone else) and will never, never go back there again. We purchased our new Ford vehicle at a different local dealer 2 days later. What a contrast in environments and friendly, personal service! The salesperson greeted us (my kids too!) with a genuine friendly smile, showed us what they had in the lot, and answered ALL of our questions quickly. He made a copy of my husband's license and handed us the keys so we could drive it alone and see how we feel in the car as a family. Smiles, courtesy, respect, and product knowledge. True customer service. Everything All American is lacking.

    2007 camry serviced.Service was good. Found out what was causing a rattling in the rear of vehicle. Were able to order a part and complete the job. No more rettles.

    The entire buying experience was above and beyond my expectations. Bob Reardon was excellent before and after the sale, he was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained everything I needed to know about the truck and he followed up with me after the sale. Jason was also great when I took the delivery of the pick up. He made sure it was ready for me he even set up my sync with my phone and explained how to use all features of sync. Finance personel was also amaizing, he took his time explaining everything step by step. Sales management was also great and helpful. As I said my experience was awsome.

    If it wasn't for Your salesman Jay Hernandez and your finance Managers Charlie and Mark I would have never bought a car from your business. We were in your place on 8/17 with the Intentions of buying a truck. We stepped out to get somthing to eat while several of your employees discussed numbers. When we came back none of the sales people we were dealing with was there. This made my wife and me furious. Mark Powell and Jay Hernandez calmed us down. They talked to us and assured us we can get the deal done first thing in the morning. The next morning your fiancé manager Charlie called and we pretty Much closed the deal over the phone. When we came back to the dealership Charlie and Jay made us comfortable while we completed the paperwork. They made a near horrible experience a pleasure.

    It is quick response within 5 minutes when I submitted a quote request online. The service representative is professional and works with my hours. Price is reasonable. Don't put a lot of pressure to me. Will come back for my next purchase or lease.

    The service provided to my 2013 Fusion was completed quickly. The technician also noticed a low tire pressure and that problem was repaired as well. The only negative was the tech forgot to replace my valve stem cap. I'll get it next time. Thanks for the great service.

    I am very pleased with the Service department. The Service Writers are very helpful,friendly & go out of their way to help the customer. The estimate on the amount of time for the repairs was almost to the minute. I will continue to bring my car in for maintenance & repairs.
