My Ford Edge was serviced July 17th after 2 attempts to repair sensor problem. Pat Townsend was excellent. He was professional and pleasant and reassured me that problem would be found and repaired which it was. Thank you Pat and the mechanics who found the problem and did the repair. On 8-17-15 I noticed a problem with drivers side windshield wiper the blade was replaced but did not solve the problem once again Pat had the mechanic try to fix problem immediately on 8-19-15. I am now waiting for a new windshield wiper. The sevice dept is excellent and I thank everyone especially Pat. Kimberly Meigh has also been a great help. She is professional,excellent,pleasant and a pleasure to deal with. Her responses are quickly returned and very helpful. Thank you Kimberly.
