I came to your dealership looking for a vehicle after my old car, a Hyundai Tiburon, was stolen from my home back in May. I'd been searching for a vehicle for a while, and came to you guys on a complete whim. My dealer, Stephen K, couldn't have been a nicer bloke. Funny, straight forward, and didn't try to give me the run around to sell me something I didn't want. Even when he told me it would be an extra day before I could take my car home due to an unforeseen mechanical issue (the vehicle needed a new battery), he was honest, apologetic, and really put me at ease about everything.
