I made an offer on a 2014 Explorer, and they got right back to me coming very close to the offer. My wife and I went to the dealership which is not close to our house. We test drove the vehicle, took care of the paperwork and we were out in about two hours. They were very straight forward and made it a pleasure to deal with them.
