Just bought a new 2013 Ford Explorer XL from All American today. Joe G. was my sales rep and I couldn't have been happier with my experience. I didn't feel pressured at all, Joe answered all my questions timely and honestly. Not one complaint about my experience with both this dealership and sales rep.
