When I returned to the dealership, the car was ready on… time, estimate of pricing prior to appointment was exact, and the car looked like brand new. Associate John Elmendorf was very friendly, helpful, and informative. And… although he warned me in advance that the parts necessary to complete the repair would need to be ordered and if they did not arrive when expected, I might have to leave the vehicle an additional day.
