My mechanic referred me to this dealership because he was unable to do the work necessary to fix the problem with my van. I had never been at Lia CJDR before. Associate John Elmendorf was very friendly, helpful, and informative. And although he warned me in advance that the parts necessary to complete the repair would need to be ordered and if they did not arrive when expected, I might have to leave the vehicle an additional day. Didn't happen, though. Everything went smoothly and I am pleased with the work.
