John Elmendorf is so helpful and accommodating. After taking in my vehicle for concerns most other dealers would overlook at first, he pinpointed my concerns and had them fixed. I appreciate him keeping me updated through the process, and being sure the issues were fixed and tested before I picked up my vehicle when it was completed. John is very knowledgeable, understanding needs for specific cars, this is so important if you truly appreciate your vehicle. Thanks John!
