Communicates nicely and gives fair estimates for service both long and short term. Fixed it!

This was the first time that my service advisor was Justin Cole. I was impressed by his knowledge and care for my vehicle.… He found the problem, explained what needed to be done, and had it fixed in a timely manner. He’s now another reason I will keep returning to Lia.Bob, thank you for shining a light on Justin's phenomenal service! We're so happy you enjoyed another helpful service visit with us. We hope to be your "go-to" place for years to come!

Persistence pays off

The service manager Justin Cole was very helpful and persistent and I can… finally the say the problem has been fixed. Thank you to the mechanic who listen to me and was able to figure out what the problem was and fixed it.Donna, we're so happy to hear it! We discussed the reason for my visit (windshield washers not working) and she explained any possible charges for the repair. My car went… in immediately and within an hour she came to me with the results. Apparently, the hoses became disconnected due to previous work in the body shop. They were reconnected and there was no charge for me. I am impressed with the efficiency and honesty of the Service Department. Finally a good car shopping experience

The last few dealership experiences were not pleasant, so I decided to try Lia for the first time. Our salesman, Brent Livingston helped me find the perfect vehicle and… a deal I was happy with. Andrew the tech wizard had the car set up for me in no time, and the finance person was very helpful without pushing services we did not need. All in all as pleasant an experience as you could expect. and they will be our new dealership for years to come.Pat, we're delighted to hear that and congratulations on your new Toyota!
