Lia Toyota of Colonie has been my “go-to” place for service on my 2013 Prius V since I bought it. (My third Prius.) This was the first time that my service advisor was Justin Cole. I was impressed by his knowledge and care for my vehicle. He found the problem, explained what needed to be done, and had it fixed in a timely manner. He’s now another reason I will keep returning to Lia.
