Still great service after twenty years
Tire saver

Towed car in and Vanessa got the tire issue fixed and got the service done as well. She always goes the extra mile.Hi, JL! Missed the low tire pressure signal
by Kirby on 12/02/2022My state inspection visit to Lia Toyota was quick and efficient with lovely huge waiting area with TV big comfortable chairs, power hookups for computers and snacks. Michael Richards was polite and professional. I was later disappointed to… see my low tire pressure signal was still lighted red on the dash of my RAV4 after I forgot to mention it.Good afternoon and thanks for your feedback on the pressure light. I sincerely apologize for that. We road test every car after it comes out of the shop and that should have been handled before giving you your car back. Lease renewal: shoots, and scores !
by David Rockwell on 12/15/2021With sharply limited vehicle availability and high prices, it seemed the worst possible time to have to surrender a lease and pick up a new one or extend the current. Bill Boland found a suitable vehicle, patiently reviewed my options, gave… me a thorough tutorial on the hybrid’s performance, and presented my counteroffer to his manager- which was accepted ! Andrew Smalls went over the controls and especially the data screen and audio functions, invaluable to a “non-tech” guy. I’ve seen both these gentlemen since the sale for minor issues, and they were promptly responsive. I observed Bill Boland’s care of other customers, same friendly style and very helpful to them as well. Empty lot, No problem

Our acquisition of our Rav4 hybrid was accelerated when Brent alerted us that the dealership was due to receive a vehicle almost identical to what we had ordered and gave us… the first shot at purchasing it. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 stars was nature of the sales pitch by the dealer's finance office for us to purchase an extended warranty.Thank you so much for sharing your feedback! Outstanding service

Upon bringing our vehicle in for it's 10,000 maintenance we noticed a brand new TRD Pro parked just outside the main entrance. Tom Pottenburgh, who sold us… the 2021 vehicle, said that this 2022 model was not yet spoken for. After looking at it, Tom worked out numbers for us. We ended up trading in and taking the new model home later that day. As always, Tom was very professional and personable. We have been pleased with all personnel we've had contact with at Lia. Just yesterday we had the pleasure of meeting Andrew Small who spent time with us going over the features on this new vehicle. It is clear that Andrew really enjoys what he does.
