Very poor business dealing
by Ron on 03/06/2020I found a Chevrolet certified 2016 Silverado that they were asking $22260.00 on Burritt Motors website. I called and made an appointment to see this truck and test drive.. Upon inspection and test drive, i made an offer of $22000.00. It was… immediately accepted and i gave them a $500.00 deposit and was to pick the truck up in 3 days. The insurance binder was active on the vehicle as well as the plates were put on it, The salesperson was having me sign the paperwork and she mentioned this vehicle has a 30 warranty. I then informed her that i bought a certified Chevy truck which comes wit a 1 year bumper to bumper warranty as well as a 6 year 100000 mile power train warranty.She brought the manager in who was rude and aggressive and demanded that i pay the difference between the asking price of $22260.00+ and the price that we agreed upon, $22000.00. He came up with this excuse, "did you read the disclaimer about an open recall?". and that they can not accept the lower price even though the deal was done,,, "THEY" accepted it. I refused to pay the $260.00+ difference and was then told to get out of the building by the manager. I was thrown out into the cold and wind where i stood for 25 minutes waiting for my sister to come back and pick me up. I stood there in crucial pain as i am disabled and Burritt Motors dis not care about a human beings comfort or welfare, only their $260.00+ . They have no regard for people, only their shoddy business practice. I have yet to receive my $500.00 deposit back and the salesperson will not answer my calls. I have never felt so humiliated and degraded. Thankfully i have all page pictures of this truck online and the offer as they have changed everything and the wording on their "Certified Chevrolet's the next day. All of this over $260.00+ Be carefull with [non-permissible content removed]!!Great Service

They had the vehicle I was looking for and if I was not persistent. The sales… employee would have let me leave without a sale. Note: This dealership was under major renovations and reorganization so I will give them the benefit of the doubt on this one. Other than that, the staff was friendly, courteous and helpful and process was smooth and pleasant. Sales Rep was Brandon Abbasi. Good Job. Patient. by JAY on 12/09/2019My daughter attends college at Suny Oswego and unfortunately she lowered her window and it wouldn't go back up. I instructed her to go to Walmart and get some clear mil plastic which she did and duct tape to keep it in place. The bad thing… is she couldn't see through it. So here i am 300 miles away from her and she needs help , to make matters worse she has to leave for winter break in several days and the car is not safe to drive. I called Burritt Motors and fortunately got a fellow named Brain on the phone. Brain went above and beyond what i thought he would do for her but suffice it to say the window was manually pulled up and taped closed. All of this within 3 hours of calling him. The staff there was very friendly, especially Gino, the salesman who worked with me, and they were… very quick to replace to constantly emptied coffee pot. Overall, it was a great experience!Best service I have ever received!!

That didn’t happen with the “other” dealers we’ve worked with.… We will be back in the spring to purchase another. I may even come back to buy a new truck for myself. Great work!Used Chevy Purchase

I wish we could have recieved a bit more for our trade and paid a bit less for the vehicle we purchased, but… overall it was an easy process.Highly recommend

by BLTBB on 11/08/2019Arrived at Burritt to look at purchasing a vehicle and ended up leasing instead. The guidance of our salesmen (Jesse) was monumental in making our decision. He was patient and answered all our questions and did not try to over sell us on… anything. He showed us the figures for buying and leasing and knowing the way we like to have a newer vehicle every few years, leasing just made more sense. That's why we followed him from a dealership in Chittenange to this one in Oswego. It was well worth the scenic drive. Thanks Jesse for being so straight forward with us and so willing to answer all our sometimes tedious questions. See you in 3 years!Andrew was awesome!!!
