Dealership employees (Sales) were not fully aware of what was on their lot. With today's technology, they should have this information at the finder tips. They had the vehicle I was looking for and if I was not persistent. The sales employee would have let me leave without a sale. Note: This dealership was under major renovations and reorganization so I will give them the benefit of the doubt on this one. Other than that, the staff was friendly, courteous and helpful and process was smooth and pleasant. Sales Rep was Brandon Abbasi. Good Job. Patient. Answered all questions and returned phone calls.
