R M Burritt Motors

My daughter attends college at Suny Oswego and unfortunately she lowered her window and it wouldn't go back up. I instructed her to go to Walmart and get some clear mil plastic which she did and duct tape to keep it in place. The bad thing is she couldn't see through it. So here i am 300 miles away from her and she needs help , to make matters worse she has to leave for winter break in several days and the car is not safe to drive. I called Burritt Motors and fortunately got a fellow named Brain on the phone. Brain went above and beyond what i thought he would do for her but suffice it to say the window was manually pulled up and taped closed. All of this within 3 hours of calling him. I cant thank you enough Brian and the collision staff who helped out
