I got a great deal for my car. It was my first lease so George walked me thought the whole… process. He was very patient and knolwgeble of the product and went above and beyond to help me. I had a great experience at mini Habberstad. I'm pretty obsessed with my new car. Flat tire with a smile
by mermaidsue on 03/10/2015I got my first flat tire in over 20 years. I have run flats and the tire and rim insurance. I was unsure about what to to and emailed my salesperson Phillip at about 8pm. I was amazed when he called me right back and told me what to do in… the am. Got to MINI in the morning and Tracy was her cheerful self and...drumroll...I actually got a MINI loaner this time! I was also told I needed rear brakes. Honestly I was sort of like - "oh I'll wait till another time," but, as I found out the next day, from William, they are covered under my warranty so they were "free" and they took care of it. SUPER! I have to say that everyone - from Phillip my salesman to Tracy and William in Service (and everyone else at the dealership) are just a delight to work with. Leasee to Owner in a snap

I'm such a procrastinator and waited nearly to the last week. Went through… the whole process with no problems. Phillip is funny and sweet and helpful. Good job, on a tough diagnosis

I would recommend Jarred S to anyone. It was great working with a guy who knew more… about his product than I did. A few days after the sale I received a surprise phone call from Jarred telling me that I was eligible for a credit which lowered my payment and saved me another $255.00 over the life of the loan. The car handles very well, specially when it comes to cornering. I feel like I'm driving a racing car (mine is not… an S). Is surprisingly spacious and comfortable for a car it's size. I'm glad I got the mini from Habberstad, they were very accommodating and willing to negotiate on the price. Since I live over an hour away from Huntington Station, Maureen helped me take care of all the paper work over the phone/fax.Ask Gus

He is very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. He is also very patient in showing the different features of the Roadster,… which are different to the other Minis I have previously owned. This dealership and its employees are very helpful, courteous and friendly. I recommend them, and especially Mr. B, if you are buying a Mini.Very Pleased
