Dealership Service Review
Although it's always heart-racing when a dashboard light goes on, everyone at Habberstad MINI - from Philip in sales to Tracey & William in service are always kind, efficient, and helpful. When the yellow check engine light came on I was nervous. I emailed Philip, who called me right back, and assured me the sky wasn't falling. I also called Service and they hooked me up w/an appointment for the next morning. Tracey called me back and made sure I'd have a rental and calmed my nerves. Drop off everything went well. When I came to p/u I had some questions about what was covered under warranty, what service was actually done, and questions about brakes and alignments. William took the time to explain everything and why it was or was not done. If I have one complaint, it's that I have only gotten a MINI loaner ONCE in 3+ years! This makes me really sad. :-(
