Lexus of Freeport is top tier!! I have also done service here as well and it’s headache free.… Never an issue regarding my concerns. The GM Derick Doble is an outstanding man as he always makes sure everything is going smoothly in the store. Natasha is my sales rep so ask for her when your car shopping. Effective and no policing each other which is a breath of fresh air. Our service rep was friendly the maintenance… of our vehicle was efficient. Would recommend this service to other dealerships. by L Carlin on 06/08/2024I just purchased a 2024 Lexus LS500 from Sheila Mancuso at Lexus of Freeport. I purchased my last car from her and the car before that! I always ask for Sheila. She's so helpful and friendly and is knowledgeable about the product. There… are not many LS500s available and she could not get the color combination I wanted. I said I'd wait. She called me when she realized there was one on a shipment coming from Japan. I ordered it right away! Sheila helped connect everything on my phone in the car and went over everything. There was a little glitch with the map display and she got Mike, the service manager, to help. He brought it in the garage and they corrected it in no time! I love my new car and if Sheila is still there when I'm ready to trade it in I will ask for her again!Thank you for sharing your experience with Sheila and the team at Lexus of Freeport! Repair went smoothly
by John M on 02/23/2024Rodents ate the wire harness. Luckily it was covered by my insurance as the repair was very expensive. Dealer provided a loaner car as they had my car for 2 week. Diego Torres was my service advisor and he went above and beyond to very patiently explain the whole process. He would… give me updates on the work being done throughout the appointment and explain the detailed report at the end. Jeffrey Peralta, who was my sales consultant back in January, remembered me and was as welcoming and friendly as always. While I was satisfied with the service I received in the past, this is the first time that Lexus far exceeded my expectations. Everyone went out of their way to accommodate… my busy schedule, including Dean, the Finance Manager, who came in on his day off to finalize my paperwork. I was also extremely impressed with Peter from the sales department. He was on top of everything and very attentive. He truly made the car buying experience a pleasurable experience. by malston on 08/20/2014Horrible, outright horrible! Never again will I come back here. Where do I begin, oh yeah that's right. My car doesn't run properly anymore. I brought my gs450h in for diagnostic "check hybrid system". Damn near 5 hours later, I was told I… needed a part replaced, which came to $1,148 installed. Fine, I'm ok with that. I was issued a loaner for the duration of the work. Two days later I received a call from them saying that the car needed an additional part, which was roughly about $3,000 plus labor. What! No way, I declined! I get the car back and the fans are running extremely loud, I figure it's the AC, because it's hot out. I drive the car about 10 miles and it starts to slow down and wouldn't not go past 30mph! I've call this dealership 4-5 times and left messages and still nothing, no returned calls nothing! A few days later I get a call from Lexus about a survey. Are you [non-permissible content removed] kidding me!!!! A survey yeah [non-permissible content removed]!!!! The car won't go past 35 mph and the fans are extremely loud! Like what the hell did you guys do!!!!!!! I expect this from a gas service station not a dealership! I want my car running the way it was before I took it here! Like [non-permissible content removed] did you guys do?! Oh then I get a call from my rep stating I never left a message! [non-permissible content removed] I'm not paying one red cent for this fix! If it isn't resolved I'm going to mention names and see you [non-permissible content removed] in court! [non-permissible content removed] Oh I forgot to mention, today I found mechanics tool in the engine compartment and one headlight doesn't stay on!!!!! I should've took my chance and paid a sidewalk mechanic!
