Amazing Service Experience!

I recently brought in my Lexus for a routine maintenance and have work done to fix a leaking tire at Lexus of Freeport. Diego Torres was my service advisor and he went above and beyond to very patiently explain the whole process. He would give me updates on the work being done throughout the appointment and explain the detailed report at the end. Jeffrey Peralta, who was my sales consultant back in January, remembered me and was as welcoming and friendly as always. Immediately asked how he could help and to let him know if I ever needed anything. Thanks Diego and Jeffrey for the wonderful experience!
