At 7AM check in was orderly no cutting lines staff was on top of the order every vehicle was in and we were issued a number. Effective and no policing each other which is a breath of fresh air. Our service rep was friendly the maintenance of our vehicle was efficient. Would recommend this service to other dealerships. No complaints, positive experience for first experience with Lexus maintenance
