    I purchased a ‘18 Discovery HSE. Three days after we brought it home the front windshield started to leak. I called my sales person Christian and he quickly made an appointment for me. Edgar, the master service rep took it from there! He took such good car of me and my new (to me) Disco. He explained what they were going to do and how long it would take. He arranged travel for me home from and back to the dealership. He turned my experience with the dealership around. Edgar was so professional and polite. He has immense pride in what he does and he is a big value add for the dealership. Thank you Edgar for taking such good care of me. Much appreciated.

    I recently purchased a low mileage pre owned 2018 Range Rover Sport and traded in my hi mileage 2016 Range Rover Sport. It was a surprising pleasure to do business with Jaguar Land Rover of White Plains in that they gave me the highest amount for my trade in and their prices for pre- owned RR Sports were the lowest in the TriState area …. I started the deal at 10:30 am and was able to get delivery of the new car by 5:30. Bravo Jose, Harold and Zoe for making it happen.

    They were not honest about actual interest rates or payment amounts. I drove 50 miles twice because they charged me a lot more than expected and sold me a used car with electrical problems. They refused to give me any realistic option to fix the issues, so I wasted another trip there to return it. When life gives you lemons? You probably shopped in the wrong dealership

    Horrible experience at this location. I had extensive long distance communication with Akil Bulls about this 2016 Explorer Limited (https://www.autonation.com/ebrochure/?vid=44CF41F0E9C455DEC7CE23413D6C7233C7C551584957F0BA13623ED96DB3B934&hid=2779) since I was coming from out of town to test drive/purchase. I'm so glad I had a mechanic's assessment done at a local shop because they revealed that the car had not only been in an accident, but that there was a current rodent's nest in the engine!! None of this was stated on the service reports, in the CarFax, or communicated at any point. To-date, none of these issues have been corrected. They have only dropped the price to entice others, and I was told that they merely power washed the engine to remove the nest (without checking any of the wiring or possible internal damage). They also said they were not aware of any accidents, but no real explanation was given. The car is currently STILL up for sale, so I would recommend that any potential customer avoid completely or have it thoroughly assessed by a professional before any consideration. I will make sure to never patronize this place or entertain their underhanded business dealings ever again.

    Do not do business with this dealership..!!! 1) I made an appointment and had to wait 5 weeks out because that was there first availability for a loaner car. 2) I waited the five weeks and went to my appointment as scheduled. When I arrived I checked in and when I asked for my loaner car I was told that they had me scheduled as a “drop off” and no loaners were available. 3) I asked to speak to a manager and was told that no managers were available but if I wanted to wait another 30 minutes one would then be available. 4) obviously my time means nothing to this company and my complaint and frustration was met with an indifferent “sorry, it happens” type of attitude. I was offered a ride but when I explained that I needed a car for the day all they could do was shrug their shoulders. 5) I wrote an email to Aimee Novak, the company’s “Customer Care Representative “ requesting to speak to her. No surprise, I received no response. 6) I called Robert Teunisen the “service director”. No one answered and I left a detailed message. No surprise, I received no response. I called both Fairfield and Darian Jaguar. But had loaner cars available within 10 days of making the appointment. I will be taking my business to one of these dealerships in the future. I suggest all who read this do the same

  • The 2021 Defender 90: Old wine in a new bottle.

    Last weekend I purchased the first Defender 90 to reach your dealership. It's the First Edition model, with all the upgrades and traditional Land Rover colors, green body, white roof. We wanted a Defender that connected with the traditions of the African Land Rover because of family safaris to East Africa over the past 20 years. The Defender 90 does that but only for a start. Beautifully thought-out design, and for power there's a lion under the hood. The "90" is a case of the best old wine in a beautiful new bottle The 2021 Defender earns its accolade as "SUV of the Year." I'm terrible at parallel parking but with six on-board cameras helping, I look like I know what I'm doing. The "90" is a perfect town car, and its off-road capabilities await me. (I just don't want to get it dirty yet.) Harold Mota, who is new to your dealership, gave us such a superb experience that we decided to buy the Defender on the spot. Ditto for the rest of your staff. If we were rating service from 1 to 10, I would give them all "10s" across.

    I recently had some complicated service issues with my 2019 F Pace SVR. Edgar Buenconsejo handled the problems quickly and efficiently. He was patient, knowledgeable, and professional. My vehicle was back running with all of the issues handled perfectly.

    I wish I had been told it would be more than a 2 hour wait... would have made other plans. Turned out to be almost 4 1/2 hours since needed to run a test to see if the battery was defective to replace it under the warranty. Is was! The waiting area could have been a little more comfortable.

    This was my first lease and first Land Riover (RR Velar). The overall experience was seamless, from my online search, pricing, and in person test drive and lease signing.
