Do not do business with this dealership..!!! 1) I made an appointment and had to wait 5 weeks out because that was there first availability for a loaner car. 2) I waited the five weeks and went to my appointment as scheduled. When I arrived I checked in and when I asked for my loaner car I was told that they had me scheduled as a “drop off” and no loaners were available. 3) I asked to speak to a manager and was told that no managers were available but if I wanted to wait another 30 minutes one would then be available. 4) obviously my time means nothing to this company and my complaint and frustration was met with an indifferent “sorry, it happens” type of attitude. I was offered a ride but when I explained that I needed a car for the day all they could do was shrug their shoulders. 5) I wrote an email to Aimee Novak, the company’s “Customer Care Representative “ requesting to speak to her. No surprise, I received no response. 6) I called Robert Teunisen the “service director”. No one answered and I left a detailed message. No surprise, I received no response. I called both Fairfield and Darian Jaguar. But had loaner cars available within 10 days of making the appointment. I will be taking my business to one of these dealerships in the future. I suggest all who read this do the same
