by JoeR on 12/15/2024In June 2023, Yes June 2023, I purchased a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon, from Raphael Santiago. In August 2023, the 4xe was in the shop due to electrical issues-It would not start-they changed the battery. In September 2023, it was back and… service apparently fixed an electrical sensor. Then in October, while in Long Island it died and I took it a Jeep Dealership there who changed the battery again. In November and December 2023, it is back at Brooklyn Jeep after being towed there a few times. In all of these repairs, do not fix the issue and finally in February 2024, the car is towed to Brooklyn Jeep and the car is still there today. The service manager, Steven Brigham, and his team put the vehicle in storage and did not repair the car until I wrote to Investor Relations and the Board of Directors in September 2024. As a matter of fact, I even have a lemon law claim against Stellantis which is on hold pending a date for judicial intervention at Queens County Court. At one point, after sending hundreds of emails and making a ton of phone calls, I receive a call from the owner and service manager, Zachary Scweibel and Steven Brigham, and I am promised that they would offer me a replacement car if I close my litigation against Stellantis and them. Foolishly, I agree and have my attorney close the case. As expected 5 weeks later, I am told that they will not replace the car and will instead fix the car after it being at the dealership for 15 months. Would you trust that after 15 months of not having the car and they not fixing the car that I will place my family and myself in a car which has serious electrical issues and could potentially place my family in a serious situation or even worse? I have to tell you that they have teased me with replacing this car with a Maserato or Alfa Romeo and as of today, I have nothing. Yes, they have provided me with a loaner car inly because I made a stink and the times that they have threatened to take it I have confronted them and told them that they are not getting their loaner back until I get a working car. In the end, it is now going on 16 months and they have not replaced the car, fixed the car and they refuse to give me a sensible solution. I urge you not to buy from Brooklyn Jeep and instead got to Bayside Jeep under Michael Campanella. He is honest and trustworthy as well as Bob Kennedy his service manager. Never, would they treat you the way Brooklyn Jeep treats their customers. They are looking for money and frankly could not care less about their customers safety and financial nature.
Very Disrespectful and Rude
by Bobbyknowsbest on 11/08/2018I own a Durango. Brought my vehicle in on a Friday morning. It was due for an oil change. I was told it would take 1 hour to finish. I stood waiting there for about 3 to 4 hours and I had work. Missed a day of work for an oil change? Really… ? I came back a week later for an inspection on a Sunday. when I came to pick up the car, I was talking to a man by the name of Andrew, I believe he is a manager there. He was loud and rude and very disrespectful. I also smell liquor coming out his mouth. Totally disgusted! Never am I coming back to this place ever again. Someone needs to fire this man! Finally, I'm very disappointed in this dealership. Nothing will n can change my mind.We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we're sorry for the negative customer service you experienced during your visit. I called about 5 different dealerships to get the recall taken care of, but because I did not purchase the Jeep at any of these dealerships no one wanted to… help me. After months of waiting,numerous calls, and false information from other dealerships I was finally connected with someone at Brooklyn Chrysler. From that call to when I picked up my vehicle I dealt with nothing but friendly and professional individuals. The owner even spoke to me about the recall process. I am so relieved that I have a place I can now go to and trust if I have any other issues with my car.We appreciate you taking the time to write about your experience. Extremely poor servive
by Rob on 05/09/2018I am a Loyal Jeep owner and have owned or Leased Jeep Grand Cherokees since 1995. Back in November of 2017 I had a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee lease and I received an advertisement in the mail from this dealership stating “Turn in your… current lease for a New Grand Cherokee, no money down and No questions asked”. I called the dealership to see if this offer was accurate and the representative I spoke with stated it was in fact accurate, so I made an appointment to speak with a sales person. When I went into the dealership, I told the sales person about the advertisement I received in the mail and after 2 hours of going back and forth with him, he stated the advertisement I received was wrong and he will not honor it. Obviously I left the dealership very annoyed. The next day I emailed the person who made my appointment on how I was treated and a manager emailed me back stating in the future if I ever need anything to please contact them. In March 2018, I emailed this manager 3 times and left him 2 messages at the dealership, since I wanted to get out of my current lease and get into 2 new vehicles( 1 Jeep Grand Cherokee and 1 Dodge Charger GT). None of my Emails or phone calls were returned. In April 2018 I gave this dealership a bad review on their Facebook Page and finally someone got back to me. Alex the internet sales manager contacted me and I explained to him what has been happening. He in turn set me up with a Sales manager who I did meet with and did go over pricing on both vehicles. After I met with this manager I made an appointment to test drive a Dodge Charger GT. The day of the appointment, I called the dealership to confirm the appointment with them and they told me it was all set so I went to the dealership. After giving a salesperson my license and filling out whatever paperwork was necessary for a test drive, I was told after a wait that they did not have a Charger GT to test drive. I told the salesperson that I just called and whoever answered the phone confirmed my appointment and said they do have the car. I asked the salesperson if I can just drive any charger available and I was told they only have a Hellcat and I am not allowed to test drive that vehicle, when in fact I witnessed another salesperson take another customer on a test drive in a Hellcat. Once again I left this dealership unhappy. This dealership obviously doesn’t need my business since they gave up the sale of 2 cars. Since then I Did go to another dealership and did get a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee and a 2018 Dodge Charger GT. It’s ashamed that a local resident cannot get 2 vehicles from their Local dealership. In the future upper management should be aware how potential customers are treated in their place of business.Happy

I really like the fact everyone works so collaboratively in the dealership. My finance person was… very patient and knowledgeable. I like that the "boss" was very much accessible, meaning he sits on the same level as everyone else and not in a back office someplace. My finance guy TD found the best rate he could and didn't let me leave before he found a better one.Thank you for your feedback. by Latinartist on 01/20/2018I brought my truck in because of my check engine light. I was told I needed a new transmission after 2 weeks nothing was done to my truck. I was told by Carla who was handling my vehicle that it was dodge who had not approved the repair… yet. I really felt I wasn't being told the truth but after numerous calls to dodge myself I was informed that it was dodge who had made the mistake and never responded to the numerous attempts by Carla. Once the work was approved and the parts arrived the work was done immediately. Carla was amazing getting the work done promptly. I truly am grateful for her effort and the work done on my truck.Thank you for leaving us your positive review.
