Brooklyn Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram

I brought my truck in because of my check engine light. I was told I needed a new transmission after 2 weeks nothing was done to my truck. I was told by Carla who was handling my vehicle that it was dodge who had not approved the repair yet. I really felt I wasn't being told the truth but after numerous calls to dodge myself I was informed that it was dodge who had made the mistake and never responded to the numerous attempts by Carla. Once the work was approved and the parts arrived the work was done immediately. Carla was amazing getting the work done promptly. I truly am grateful for her effort and the work done on my truck.
