Very Disrespectful and Rude

onI own a Durango. Brought my vehicle in on a Friday morning. It was due for an oil change. I was told it would take 1 hour to finish. I stood waiting there for about 3 to 4 hours and I had work. Missed a day of work for an oil change? Really ? I came back a week later for an inspection on a Sunday. when I came to pick up the car, I was talking to a man by the name of Andrew, I believe he is a manager there. He was loud and rude and very disrespectful. I also smell liquor coming out his mouth. Totally disgusted! Never am I coming back to this place ever again. Someone needs to fire this man! Finally, I'm very disappointed in this dealership. Nothing will n can change my mind.
