SUPERIOR SERVICE & SATISFACTION
by Jimmy G on 03/01/2022Lia Honda of brewster has shown me and my family that superior service is available and it’s NOT about who you know or what you have done to receive such an opportunity to be satisfied. We purchased a 2022 Honda Pilot elite and had many… accessories installed and the Zurich protection sealer applied. They also replaced a leather seat cover that had faulty thread stitching. The service staff were all very friendly and courteous with respect. Our service advisor Kevin Feldman was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He did everything possible to make sure we were completely satisfied with the work being done along with accommodation of a loaner car for us to go about our daily living. Kevin is an honest and strait-forward man that keeps his word. We are very happy and grateful with the work that the men and women behind the garage doors known as the mechanics performed on our 2022 Honda Pilot elite. Upon checking service order when getting home, the service was not listed. I called, but nobody was able to answer even… though I was charged. I would buy and add myself, would just like a direct answer.Recall Service

At that time we were treated disrespectfully by management! Shortly thereafter we met Rob Benafari (?) who was… very considerate, and, then thankfully as time went on Maryellen, and, myself met John Ayala and things changed for us. We are always impressed with the consideration John Ayala extends to us when we get service performed on our Pilot, and, Accord. John thoroughly explains what will happen, how long it will take, and, follows up afterwards to make sure we are satisfied. John Ayala is a credit to Honda, the Lia dealership, and, always delivers the respect customers deserve.Very knowledgeable

She was extremely knowledgeable and knew the right questions to ask to figure out the problem in… a timely matter and ended up not being overly expensive. The charge was extremely fair.
