Things did not start off well after delivery of our new Pilot. Our vehicle stopped working and required major & lengthy repairs. At that time we were treated disrespectfully by management! Shortly thereafter we met Rob Benafari (?) who was very considerate, and, then thankfully as time went on Maryellen, and, myself met John Ayala and things changed for us. We are always impressed with the consideration John Ayala extends to us when we get service performed on our Pilot, and, Accord. John thoroughly explains what will happen, how long it will take, and, follows up afterwards to make sure we are satisfied. John Ayala is a credit to Honda, the Lia dealership, and, always delivers the respect customers deserve.
