He was able to get me in find out the problem and got it taken care of along with my car needed to be… inspected this month and he was able to get that done too. We actually use Lia for our regular… servicing even though it's 200 miles from where we live, combining the service appt. with visits to family in the Capital District). Never any surprises, and whenever there is something to be done I alway trust that it's necessary. For my latest servicing, nothing but the highest praise for Shane Dobert, who serviced my car -- took no longer than he said it would; reported his assessment about something I had heard from the car; and was extremely courteous. Thank you Shane Dobert and the whole Lia team.Thanks for sharing some awesome feedback with us, Peter.
