I walked into Lia Hyundai not long before closing the other evening and was immediately met by Shawn Vital, a young salesman with a welcoming smile. I knew what I wanted to look at and hopefully test drive. I had some questions about the car and Shawn knew the answer to everything right off the top of his head. I was amazed. He didn’t need to refer to any handbooks. Working with Shawn was a delight. We handled everything quite quickly. I hate the game of negotiating when buying a car but with Shawn we managed to come to an agreement easily. He wanted to make this happen and worked with me. Two days later I had my car. Shawn made sure everything was ready for me. I know he will be there as a resource of support, should it be necessary during my lease of this car. Before I left, Shawn introduced me to the service department and showed me the entire facility. It’s the kind of place where one can relax and read while the car is in for service. I couldn’t be any happier for choosing to work with this dealership and by the luck of the draw, to have Shawn as my salesman.
