Recently I had to return (again) to Lia Hyundai of Albany with my vehicle. There is no other Service Technician Representative besides Michael Carpenter that I would rather deal with. As soon as called and I notified of him of my problem, he immediately scheduled me to return the vehicle to him and he worked behind the scenes with Hyundai Management on my Engine Malfunction for more than the 6th time!! Mike Carpenter, has ALWAYS gone above and beyond to address and attenpt to correct the many problems with my car engine.
