We were really impressed by Timothy Frank at Lia Hyundai in Albany. We dropped the car off using the after-hours drop box, and Tim got back to us first thing the next morning. I had a few questions and he responded right away. He also took the time to speak with us when we came to pick up the car. Great service! Quick response! We wish our OTHER car dealership could do the same.
