    Lithia Santa fe has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. My pickup was down there because the front collision camera wouldn’t calibrate. They had safelite put in a windshield then tried again. Then said it needed a mopar windshield. They said the tech went on vacation but no one takes over their vehicles. I had to buy a mooar windshield from them and then safelite wouldnt install it so we got sick of the run around and picked up the truck, another windshield company asked why the were replacing a perfect windshield and come to find out it already was a mopar windshield. Took the truck to a dealership in Colorado and it was diagnosed in a day lithia had it for 3 months. The service manager was zero help along with their corporate office. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else you will thank me later. Customer service is not a priority and neither are you.

    Just had the worst car service experience of my life. I had called to ask for an estimate for the standard 100K inspection and service and they would not tell us anything over the phone and insisted that we bring the car in. When I brought it in at 8:30am and walked through what we should do - (including specifically asking them to check and clear the ABS and traction control lights that had come on after I replaced the battery) we agreed upon all points inspection, oil change, transmission fluid service, 4x4 service and 2 belt changes for $1200, the service person said it would be ready end of day by 5pm and they would call me after the inspection to confirm and let me know what else was needed. By 3pm I had not received a call nor had they started on the inspection + and asked if they could keep it overnight (not possible, nor planed for). I called back at 4pm to see what the status was and they were doing the service and when I asked for more details about the inspection they just decided they did not want to answer and put me on hold for literally 25 minutes - time for me to drive to the dealership and see my call on hold while the team members were not talking to other customers and not bothering to pick up and communicate with me. I picked up the car at 5:15pm and they did oil change, transmission fluid change and 4x4 basic service and charged me $1200 - $1345 with tax and no belts had been changed, and it appears that they did not even check the computer because the ABS and traction lights were still on - clearly codes had not been checked or cleared during inspection! When I explained what the service rep had told me about services being done and prices, the manager told me I was getting a deal because normally the fluid changes listed above would cost $1600 (!!! - just look up what this service normally costs)... Unreal... The fact that I had 2x asked for ball park estimates on the phone and then also again in person and gotten nothing but hand waving and then an outrageous bill is shameful. The customer service rep was also wildly disrespectful and cared absolutely nothing for the misinformation he gave me, even tried to gaslight me into saying what I was wrong about he had told me earlier and the associated priced he had told me... It was a complete horror show... Avoid at all costs. Just scan through the google reviews and compare the service reviews to those reviewing car purchases - tells the story clearly.

    I was given an appointment date and time and the service department was ready for my vehicle when I arrived on time. Service was completed on-time and everything about the vehicle was satisfactory. I was treated in a very professional manner and I am pleased with the service.

  • Replacement hose

    I had a hose replaced and my extended service didnot cover it. As for the quality of work.... It is in the engine so I cannot attest to the quality- That will remain to be seen if there are no further issues mechanically. I had to come twice since they didnot have the part which was a huge inconvenience to me. I asked that the tires be filled and was told they were but I didnot see a difference in the pressure when I left. I was told about 2 hrs and it was close. I live in an area with rodents and they stated they cleaned the engine out of "nesting" material. I would like someone to have something that keeps them out of the engine area. I think $330nis alot for replacement of a hose.

    I had appointment to change my oil at 1:30 and was out by 2:10. Carlos Vigil was quick to greet me and guide me into the waiting room. He is a great face for the Lithia Service Dept.

    I travel a LOT, so I've been to more than my share of dealerships around the country. These days, dealers have to be competitive with mom & pop shops, so prices are generally affordable and reasonable, plus you get piece of mind knowing factory-trained techs are repairing your car using genuine MOPAR parts. Lithia has an outstanding service department. They have great technicians who are well-trained and efficient. Carlos Vigil is a fantastic service writer, he's always attentive to my needs and keeps me informed. Great experience.

    I dropped in yesterday for an oil change for my Jeep but did not have an appointment. (I was not aware the policy had changed from no appointment for oil change to appointment needed). The service manager must have read the disappointment on my face and told me that if I could leave the car, it could be done. Yeah! I didn’t notice the voice message that it was ready at noon, so I was called again about 4pm. When I arrived to pick it upI learned that not only had the oil been changed but the tires had been rotated. Bravo for being proactive. On the way home I realized that the inside of the windows had received a much needed cleaning. Lithia Jeep came through for me yesterday with flying colors. A great Thanksgiving present.

    Didn't have too big of an issue on oil change. Did have rodent problem but was offered service to clean up and even when I denied service treatment, service specialist didn't pressure me into getting it, in fact, offered me free advice on home remedy. Will be returning.

    Check engine light came on and got car to Lithia. Carlos arranged for rental car. Left the car Tuesday afternoon and it was repaired and ready for me Thursday morning. Service was great
