I dropped in yesterday for an oil change for my Jeep but did not have an appointment. (I was not aware the policy had changed from no appointment for oil change to appointment needed). The service manager must have read the disappointment on my face and told me that if I could leave the car, it could be done. Yeah! I didn’t notice the voice message that it was ready at noon, so I was called again about 4pm. When I arrived to pick it upI learned that not only had the oil been changed but the tires had been rotated. Bravo for being proactive. On the way home I realized that the inside of the windows had received a much needed cleaning. Lithia Jeep came through for me yesterday with flying colors. A great Thanksgiving present.
