Sales Consultant Javier Huiza immediately greeted us and asked us what kind of car we were looking… for. He asked all the right questions and assessed all our needs. It has been 3 days and i cannot be happier with the CRV we drove away with. I highly Recommend Hudson Honda and Javier Huiza for his knowledgeable sales ability, professionalism and honesty. by tifst on 08/05/2010Lets start from the beginning, I went to the internet and sent a request for a quote, their Internet sales consultant Blanca was so well trained and helpful started off with honesty right from the door. Compared to other dealerships they… were quick. No hasseling straight to the point and gave me the prices I requested. So I was kinda iffy. So I set an appointment with a consultant. When I got there to my surprise they had the vehicle i requested pulled out and with a reserve sign with my name it was awesome. I've been to other dealers where its taken them forever to get the car for me and from there down hill to much to do in so little time. So, the cars ready and I immediately get greeted by a sales manager Jason and his sales professional Syed. We get in the car after making sure this was the car i was interested and go for a test drive.Get back and before i was able to get my print outs, out. Syed was already ready with the info that was sent to me and before we knew we were writing up the paper work there was nothing to negotiate they honored everything that was on my requested quote down to the fees! No Bogus fees it was too good to be true. So we are taken upstairs to the Finance Manager Miguel, this guys awesome very socialable and friendly not your usual Money Snatcher! 10 minutes later we were done. My experience at Hudson Honda was great Defitinetly a place to go if you want to be treated good and honest and quick. No hasseling not bait and switch. I've read the comments before writting mine and I defitinely would recommend HUDSON HONDA. Their staff Were AMAZING From the Internet to the SalesBait and Switch Amateurs
by ioeuropa on 07/05/2010They posted an ad on craigslist , titled 2002 Honda Civic 2dr Cpe LX Manual - $4995 ( West New York ), They assign the greenest salesperson to us. He's never gonna make it in the used car biz, because he's the worst [violative content… deleted]. "Oh, my manager told me we just sold the car, but let me see what else we have for you". Seriously?. You people have no respect for peoples time. I would NEVER buy a car from this dishonest dealership.STAY AWAY!!!
by pk_car on 09/22/2009the sales people are RUDE! they have attitude about nothing! in fact on the survey i told the sales person was rude. the next day the sales person called me and started fighting with me!!! this is ridiculously unbelievable!Don't buy from here! Dishonest dealer!
by tlcee2000 on 09/09/2009I went with my sister and the car was on sale and in the end she wound up paying much more than the sticker price with the bogus addons! example: serial # etching on the window for $700! The serial # was already put on in the manufacturing… plant! I didn't ask for the etching! That is part of the price of the car. That is like saying it comes with four doors and you have to pay for the doors! $550 for it to be certified and it was advertised as a certified vehicle! Also my sister has excellent credit and they gave her a 9% interest rate and told us that because the car was listed so low they had to make up the difference so they get a kick back from the bank! Why is it my sisters fault that they undersold the car!! Fortunatley my sister got my her money back because she called the head Honda office in California. It should have not happened in the first place. The manager was the worst! I asked him for his name and he started to give me the name of the guy sitting next to him and then laughed and gave me his real name. Very unproffesional and childish. The only person who was good to us was Shawn the salesman who showed us the car. He came out with a rag and washed the water marks off the car. He didn't need to do that, that wasn't his job, but he did it anyway. I wish he would leave that dealership and go to another because I would send everyone to him just because he took that extra step. Don't waste your time with this dealer![violative content deleted], looking to rip you off righ away

Use the old line: miscommunication blah blah. I got everything on email and i confirmed the… trim again just to be sure the worst car buying experience ever!. These guys don't know, nowadays how prepare the buyers and how much information the buys have through forums/blogs.Unpleasant Experience ever !!

The worst experience I ever had in my life. I wouldn't recommend this Dealer to… anyone I know, period.PURCHASE YOUR VEHICLE ELSEWHERE!!
by rpolitzer on 12/17/2008When shopping for a Honda Civic Hybrid, I was told by the sales staff at Hudson Honda that the vehicle would get very close to the EPA mileage ratings of 48 mpg in the city and 47 mpg on the highway. In fact, the vehicle gets on average 32… mpg! When I called this dealer about this matter, they completely dismissed my complaints and offered absolutely nothing to address my concern. Honda USA did not offer anything as well. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND SHOPPING AT ANOTHER DEALER AND NOT PURCHASING A HONDA CIVIC HYBRID!!Buyer Beware!
by kcolange on 08/31/2008On July 9, 2008, I was quoted a lease price of $395.95 per month (including tax) based on a selling price of a 2008 Honda Civic Hybrid of $23,270 + 8.375% New York state tax = $25,218.86 and no money down. I was required to put down a… deposit of 1 month payment of $395.95 + $199 document fee + $187.50 license & registration fee for NY state = $782.45 and I did; charging it to my credit card. I was told the car would be in approximately 1-2 weeks from that date. 47 days later I received a call from Hudson Honda saying my car was in and that I needed to pick it up by the end of August so the sale would get on their August books. I went in on August 30 to pickup and was presented with a new salesperson and a manager (Christopher Tropiano) who was trying to tell me that my lease payment would now be $438 per month because the previous quote of $395.95 did not inlude tax. They were trying to double tax me and this time at a rate of nearly 11% of which no state has such a high sales tax! They would not budge, telling me the car was in high demand and they could easily sell it to someone else. I walked out without my car after waiting nearly 7 weeks for it because I don't deal with [violative content deleted]!Wow How this place has changed for the better!!!!

Went to other dealerships but they couldn't match what i wanted or needed. Finally, after some… research I decided to drive to Hudson Honda. Best, decision yet.I was fortunate enough to have found the best price and the car that matched my needs. No hustle at all. Friendly, customer centric and best prices. Great Job!First Timer

Greeted very nicely and all of my questions and concerns were answered when I was at the dealership and even beforehand when I was on the… phone with the appointment setters. Very impressed with how smoothly everything went. Will definitely refer to family and friends when they are in the market to buy.Dishonest online prices and failure to deliver on promise
by ctboy on 02/28/2012updated 06/01/2025Two words. Dishonest pricing and not delivering on the promise. They had an ad in autotrader.com for a honda CRV for very attractive price. And the sales person wanted me to come in even if they didn't had the car in stock. They promised… that they will get the car in 2 days when i put down the deposit. So i drove 60 miles to get there. They have all this [non-permissible content removed] coupon that they send you that says "This is a very important internet client" Please help them immediately. When i got there the person i was supposed to meet already left ( i had an appointment with her). So i had to wait almost an hour just to see the internet sales manager. When i finally met him he came back with all these extra fees like $900 for preparation fee and $400 documentation fee etc. And they wouldn't take that off. Their internet ad said all the fees were included except for registration, tax, title and destination fee. After all the fees and were added the price wasn't so good and then they came back an told me they couldn't get the car for at least 30 days. What the hell! Then they tried to sell me a different car. i had their internet offer with me but didn't show it at first. The sales guy came back with the price that was $2000 more than that of the internet price. When i showed them the print out of their internet ad they were willing to give me at the internet price but added all these extra fees ( the fees weren't there when they quoted $2000 more) which when added would total out to what they quoted in the first place. Also i had to finance through the dealership so they planned to hit me with another fee and higher interest rate. My advice to whoever is reading this is Don't go here. There people are dishonest.
