Hudson Honda
Dealership Sales Review
Two words. Dishonest pricing and not delivering on the promise. They had an ad in autotrader.com for a honda CRV for very attractive price. And the sales person wanted me to come in even if they didn't had the car in stock. They promised that they will get the car in 2 days when i put down the deposit. So i drove 60 miles to get there. They have all this [non-permissible content removed] coupon that they send you that says "This is a very important internet client" Please help them immediately. When i got there the person i was supposed to meet already left ( i had an appointment with her). So i had to wait almost an hour just to see the internet sales manager. When i finally met him he came back with all these extra fees like $900 for preparation fee and $400 documentation fee etc. And they wouldn't take that off. Their internet ad said all the fees were included except for registration, tax, title and destination fee. After all the fees and were added the price wasn't so good and then they came back an told me they couldn't get the car for at least 30 days. What the hell! Then they tried to sell me a different car. i had their internet offer with me but didn't show it at first. The sales guy came back with the price that was $2000 more than that of the internet price. When i showed them the print out of their internet ad they were willing to give me at the internet price but added all these extra fees ( the fees weren't there when they quoted $2000 more) which when added would total out to what they quoted in the first place. Also i had to finance through the dealership so they planned to hit me with another fee and higher interest rate. My advice to whoever is reading this is Don't go here. There people are dishonest.
