  • Wasted my time, scratched my car

    1 out of 5 starsby Joe K on 05/29/2025

Recurring issue with my TPMS in a specific tire losing comms with the computer causing an alert on the dash, bring in for service and they take three hours to finally just fill the tires with air and give my car a new scratch. First day driving into work after the 'repair' and the TPMS warning comes back on. My car's app has all of the alerts cataloged, clearly the issue is that sensor, but they rather make me sit forever and scratch my car while they just put air in and send me in my way than do actual diagnostics or maintenance.

  • Dishonest

1 out of 5 starsby Joe on 01/30/2025

Fullerton is dishonest. I went fora $95.95 oil change with coupon and $230 diagnostic that would apply towards repairs. The result a bad purge valve. Replacing one takes less than a hour. The bill was $731, 4.5 hours of labor at $505. Fernando Santos jr. said if I use the $50 off coupon it would cost more because he lied and said he gave me $100 break.

  • My old clunker given new life!

5 out of 5 starsby Charlie Fuchs on 10/12/2024

I dropped off my 2012 Ford Focus for a number of issues. All were addressed and I’m really happy with the results. Fernando kept me informed and actually went out of his way to straighten out a dent in the body of the car, making the door creak. Creaky door is good now!

  • Happy Mustang

Great service. Took great care of my Mustang (my baby). Service performed on time. Well done. Service advisor was John Nance. He was very nice.

  • John Campagna (Campagna Restorations)

5 out of 5 starsby Sebastian John Campagna on 04/05/2022

Your service department, especially Fred Avila, is absolutely the best in NJ. We wouldn't trust our fleet of ford trucks to anyone else. Fred's expertise and honest advise is unparcelled in auto repairs. Whether we're repairing a new truck or our old grandpappy 2004 F-250 they get the best treatment from Fred. Thanks Fred.

Bringing your car in to be serviced can be a hassle/stressful at times but every experience I’ve had here has been very positive! Nicole treats every customer with kindness and respect! She always has a smile on her face and works hard to advocate for all of her customers. She has a way of putting you st ease whether she has good or bad news to tell you!! She goes out of her way to make sure she can meet all the needs of her customers!! The waiting room is very relaxing as well!

  • Great Shop!

5 out of 5 starsby rallycobra on 07/31/2016

I had new tires and an alignment done on our Ford Flex. Originally I was going to take it to the performance shop that works on my track car. I didn't have time to get it over to the place that works on my Porsche, and Fullerton was going to charge me half the price. Alignments can be tricky and I was hoping for something good enough. I was pleasantly surprised at the work Fullerton did. There are a lot of variables in an acceptable alignment, but Fullerton set it up perfectly. The race shop would have set it up exactly the same way for twice the price. Outstanding work and value.
  • Absolute fraud

1 out of 5 starsby Dogtired on 09/28/2014

I brought my f150 truck in for water leak. they said they fixed it they said they cleaned all mold from truck. Well almost a year later going through the BBB Ford bought the truck back. I had to really go through the ringer to get it done. There service manager Allen P worked both sides of the fence between me and ford and he is [non-permissible content removed]. He told ford they had fixed it and told me they would not fix it. [non-permissible content removed] Don't go through what I did go someplace else.
  • Very Shady Visit

    1 out of 5 starsby klc5 on 08/23/2010

Dropped my car off for an oil change and to see why engine light was on Friday afternoon, 8/20/10. Was called a few hours later and told my battery was dead when they went to pull my car in. Had never had any problem with the battery (car is 3 years old 65K miles). Could not change the thermostat (part of the reason engine light was supposedly on) until Monday. Called me Monday morning to ask me if I had stopped by the dealership and left my back window down. Now why would I stop by the dealership and jump my car so I could roll the window down? Rain all day Sunday so there was lots of water on the floor of my back seat. Service rep Fred said there was no way his tech left the window down after he changed the oil (Friday or Saturday). Must mean that someone broke in my car, right? I flew down to the dealership and nothing was missing (GPS, CDs, blue tooth - all not visible but would have been easily found). Asked to speak to the service manager in charge, Ronnie, but he was busy "working on a computer problem". Called police since no one could tell me who had been in my car. Once police arrived, Fred conceded that perhaps the tech could have left the window down, although he didn't think so. Why is it so hard to believe that the tech accidentley hit the window down button when he rolled the front window down? Fred agreed to vacuum the water out of my car as best as he could. I did not went them to touch anything else since there was no trust left - mysterious dead battery? no idea how my window was left down? He said he would not charge me with the diagnostic and my oil change was free since I had a coupon. Took car to Pep Boys to have battery checked - absolutely fine, just a little dirty. Can change thermostat and coolant for $184 - Fullerton wanted $400. Do not trust the service department at Fullerton Ford.
  • Just moved to the area.. Always a great experience.

I moved to the area recently and decided to bring my car to Fullerton for service. I had Keith as a service advisor. Each time I have been there I have had great service. New tires, oil changes, and even got stuck on the road across the highway from the dealership and the service manager helped me get my car there rather then have me call AAA for a 3 second tow. I would recommend them to anyone. Always a great experience for me.
