    I had service done on my Flex and my husband bought a 2018 Escape SE the same day. Service & salesman were extremely helpful. Can't say enough good things about Alan in Service & Ross in Sales. Thank you Ford.

    I brought in my car for a recall and was advised by Al. He was thorough and I felt comfortable with the work that had to be done. He even made me aware of another recall on my vehicle which was good to know.     I had a climate control problem with my 2013 Ford Explorer. One side blew constant hot air no matter what the setting. It was repaired while I waited and for a price I expected. Prompt courteous service always.

    I have a 2017 Ford Fusion. I went to have it serviced since I have over !4,500 miles. The service was excellent. I was in and out within an hour after work. I got there at 4! I always go to Quality Auto Mall for all my car needs.

    Service at the Quality Auto Mall is second to none. Service Manager, Alan Kologrivov is a honest and knowledgeable man which I learned to respect. Alan advises you when something wrong is discovered during the service visit and does not push to sell you things you don't want or need. This is a completely satisfying experience unlike those experiences I have had with other dealerships. In a year or so I will be replacing my wife and my car and Quality Auto Mall will be on the top of my list to visit mainly due to their excellent, honest and reliable Service Department.

    It's a great service, I was in and out within an hour with no appointment. The only drawback is that do not use paper mats to protect my floor mats and I end up with grease on my tan mats.

    I thoroughly enjoyed the quicklane experience. I was able to show up in the morning, with no appointment and have routine maintenance (60k mi. service) completed on my vehicle ('13 F150) while I waited. It took less than 2 hours and I was on my way. This is a big departure from how I have had work completed at Quality in the past. Its a change for the better. I expect the next time something breaks, I will have to make a "real appointment" but for routine maintenance - A++ My only question was whether all of the required model specific maintenance was completed (or if they followed a standard "the works" checklist). I suspect the tech's may have skipped the lube the suspension and the call to check for software updates, recalls etc. I say this only because I did not see ihese types of items on the lengthy list of systems checked. Next time I will just specify and ask. No harm no foul in my opinion
  • Limp home mode fixed

    My car kept going into limp home mode. The man who I told the problem to knew what the problem was and it was a recall so it was a free fix. 12 days later and the car is riding good no more limp home mode. When I made the appointment after it happened the first it was 5 days before I could bring the car in. It went into limp home mode 4 times that week. Only bad thing I have is there should be a free loaner car so you can get to and from work till the car is fixed. A lot of dealers offer this I might bring my car in for more work if this was offered.

    I got to the Dealer at 8:15 or so to get an oil change and overall checkup, possible tire rotation and asked them to look at the brakes. And of course, no appointment. I was out by about 9:35-9:45, oil was changed, new cabin air filter installed, brakes were OK and will get tire rotation next time. Waiting room was clean, comfortable. Coffee supplements, like creamer or milk and more sugar substitute choices would be helpful, but overall, it's quite good.

    I have using Quality Auto Mall for about 10 years now. This is my second Escape and I love it. The service manager, Alan, is always helpful and the women in the accounting office are very pleasant. Will definitely continue using them to service my vehicle and when the time is right, will purchase from them again.
