I thoroughly enjoyed the quicklane experience. I was able to show up in the morning, with no appointment and have routine maintenance (60k mi. service) completed on my vehicle ('13 F150) while I waited. It took less than 2 hours and I was on my way. This is a big departure from how I have had work completed at Quality in the past. Its a change for the better. I expect the next time something breaks, I will have to make a "real appointment" but for routine maintenance - A++ My only question was whether all of the required model specific maintenance was completed (or if they followed a standard "the works" checklist). I suspect the tech's may have skipped the lube the suspension and the call to check for software updates, recalls etc. I say this only because I did not see ihese types of items on the lengthy list of systems checked. Next time I will just specify and ask. No harm no foul in my opinion
