onI got to the Dealer at 8:15 or so to get an oil change and overall checkup, possible tire rotation and asked them to look at the brakes. And of course, no appointment. I was out by about 9:35-9:45, oil was changed, new cabin air filter installed, brakes were OK and will get tire rotation next time. Waiting room was clean, comfortable. Coffee supplements, like creamer or milk and more sugar substitute choices would be helpful, but overall, it's quite good.
