    Salesman was very responsive leading up to my visit. Truck was immaculate when I arrived and took it for long test drive. Walked in with pre-approval and a great rate but Toyota was able to beat that by a little so I went with that. I think the finance guy knew more about my truck than sales did so that was kind of neat. I would give it 5 stars but I have to ding them on the 90 minute claim. I was there about 4 and 1/2 hours. This is fairly normal so I wouldn't have cared if they didn't publish something they can't promise. Pretty smooth experience overall and Jeff even called my insurance company for me. All I had to do was get some gas at WaWa.

    Even though Jeff was very busy on Saturday he was very courteous and tentative during our visit. We were interested in a couple of cars we found advertised by Toyota of Runnemede on the Kelly Blue Book site. The Dealership honored the price that was listed on the Kelley Blue book site which was comparable to the fair market value. I had bought my first truck from this dealer 36 years ago also with a great experience.

    Easy to deal with. Good pricing and trade in value. Have been purchasing from here for years and have always been given a great deal! This is my 6th vehicle that I have purchased from this dealer for my family. Will definitely continue to return!

    My husband and I both drive Highlanders. We feel they are the best for our families needs and style. This time, I was looking for a smaller payment and opted for the 2019 RAV4 XLE. Although a great car, I exchanged to a Highlander 2019 XLE within my 3 day allotted grace period, and am so happy I did. We absolutely love the car. Although I always feel buying a car takes too long and one shouldn’t have to literally take a whole day or half day off of work, they generally met my time constraints with grace and had me out in no time for the exchange. Thank you!

    After visiting with several well known dealerships looking for the best deal, I saved the best for last by going to Toyota of Runnemede. Ive purchased 3 cars in the past from ToR and Im happy to say I now have a 4th car. Mike Myles put me on the path to my 4th Toyota and Ferrell Caldwell walked me through the rest of the process while Michael Kapelus sealed the deal in the end. I spent most of my time with Ferrell who is an excellent salesman. Ferrell's patience knows no equal, he assured me that I would drive away in the car I wanted without any hassle and at a great price. He's incredibly easy going, answered all my questions and has a fantastic sense of humor. If you're looking for a vehicle on your terms, I highly recommend going to Toyota of Runnemede and ask for Ferrell.

    I just want to say that Edwin was awesome. From the beginning of the process iver the phone to me driving away in my new car. He was personable, professional, and he provide an awesome car buying experience. He definitely an assest to the team! Everyone overall in the office seemed nice but Im glad Edwin was on the other end of the phone when I called in.

  • Worst Auto Experience Ever

    I recently bought a vehicle from this dealer on 12/13/18. Having owned Toyota's in the past and living locally, we wanted to keep our business local. The salesperson, Farrell Caldwell, lied about the features in the vehicle. We routinely expressed we need "lane assist" as i am 75 years old with parkinson's disease. My wife, daughter, and niece all heard him explain several times that it had lane assist but wouldn't engage until driving over 42MPH. When we went to take the vehicle back 7 days later to see why lane assist wasn't working on our 2017 Sienna which we paid $35K for, Runnemede Toyota clarified my vehicle didn't have "lane assist" and my only option was to trade it back in for a vehicle with lane assist. Louis Glasper verified to us we would NOT lose the $10K we put down last week in trading it back in..... yeah,.. I am not feeling confident, but have no other option as I need this feature to keep my family safe while driving. No surprise here folks, the manager smugly explained we lost the $10k in value within a week and we could only afford a new 2019 vehicle leased Sierra. In a nutshell I lost $10k and now have a crazy high payment of 585 per month on a vehicle i don't own. Shame on the manager, Mike Kapelus for allowing this type of behavior in your dealership. Taking advantage of people is not a sustainable business model.

    I was working with Toyota Turnersville and salesperson Wayne Moore at Toyota Runnemede claimed they can beat Turnersville on a 2018 Toyota Highlander XLE and give me credit for the last 4 payments on my Ford Edge. I went to Runnemede and leased the Highlander. When I went home, I found out that they wrote 45 miles on the contract when the Highlander actually had 145 miles on it. They also put an extra $400 charge for a security etching that I didn't ask for. They also did not credit me for the Ford Edge ($1427) but charged me almost MSRP for the Highlander. I immediately went back to Runnemeade and Brian Finn the finance guy said he would refund me $15 for the mileage and $399 for the etching. I also discovered that they never performed the security etching on the windows, just charged me for it. Three weeks go by and after numerous calls where they lied to my face, I never got the refund. So I opened a case with Toyota Financial and together we contacted the manager at Runnemede Michael Rufo and he also promised that the refund would be mailed out the next day. Another week go by and I called Toyota Financial and found out that they closed the case. I had them reopen it and they contacted Runnemede again and Runnemede said it would definitely be refunded in another 7-10 business days. I have a signed note from Brian Finn stating they owed me a refund and will definitely be initiating legal action next week with the note. All in all the worst experience I ever had with a car dealership. These guys exemplify the worst stereotypes about car salesmen.

    I walked in to look for a 09 Rav4 and was met with a very young sales guy. I would be surprised if he's any old than 21. Regardless, he took me to the lot to check out the Rav4's. Took me back inside and threw me some numbers after talking to the manager. I went in looking for a Base model, he quoted me the most expansive Base in the lot probably with a bunch of useless addons to the car. That was he quoted me on was at least 2g over the MSRP base price. He never even once told me that they had cheaper Base models in the lot. I had to go on to their website and found out myself. Should I have not done some homework, I would have been ripped off very badly.

    Well folks, just bought another Toyota from Toyota and scion of Runnemede. My wife and i have been doing business with these folks for over 25 years. Now I know you say how many cars / trucks can one family buy/lease in 25 years? Lets just say more than the amount of fingers on both your hands, we are Toyota krazy and the tundra hands down is the best truck on the market. Our recent purchase was with one of the Best sales reps there Bill C . Bill went out of his way to make us happy in every way.

    In May, my husband took his SUV to be repaired by Toyota, there were 2 problems: the transmission would not shift properly and the ABS was not braking properly. A week later, they told us the car was fixed, charged us $1800 and gave us the car back. It was not properly fixed so we took it back and stopped payment on the charge. In the proceeding weeks, the service manager Fran called my husband weekly to say they think it might be one thing, order a part, replace said part, and the next week she would say it wasn't said part and they were going to start with a different part. About 6 weeks into this, Fran said they were sending the car to lexus in cherry hill nj to be further looked at since they couldn't figure out the problems. 5 days later, my husband called lexus to see if they found the issues and he spoke with Gina. Gina explained they figured out the problems and sent the car back to Toyota for repair, as lexus was asked by Toyota to not fix the car and send it back to toyota for repairs. Gina also said "I feel obligated to tell you as well, since you're calling me, that Toyota also asked me not to speak to the owner of the vehicle." We were then told by Toyota that we would have the car back in the next week. We then didn't hear back about getting the car, and a week after it was promised to be finally fixed, we were told it was being sent back to lexus to be further evaluated for the brakes, as they were not fixed. Four days later, it was still not at lexus when my husband called to see the status of the car, but it finally arrived at lexus later that day. Gina informed us that the technician looked at the brakes and determined Toyota caused $3700 in damages to the brakes, by braking certain parts. The vehicle isn't worth $3700, so now we are with out a safe vehicle with no trade in value for a new car. Not once did Toyota offer a loaner or rental car, even though they had the car about a total of 10 weeks.

    Bill C. is a great sales rep! He accomodated all of my needs and answered all of my questions. The purchasing process was quick and painless and I was driving away in my new car within 2 hours! I would recommend him to anyone!

    This is my second purchase of a certified used vehicle at this agency. Dan is a fabulous person, helpful in every way. I was treated as if I were a member of his family..and the car is a great clean car. All of the details were handled by them with great ease and clarity. Shop here or be sorry.

    I have five vehicles, one being a Toyota. They were recommended by a friend since I was having major issues with my own mechanic. Well I will say that Toyota of Runnemede treated my as if I was a customer for 100 years. I have been going to them since November 2011 and NEVER had an issue with anything. Don Applegart my service advisor and George my service Technician are caring, professional, friendly and fair. Other places like to sell you the "extras", not these guys. When they recommend something it is because I need it. I know because in the beginnning I would know what I needed before bringing in my vehicles. My other mechanic was a parts replacer. Not these guys. I want to thank Mr Ferri, Mr Morrow and all the Toyota Team, they do a job well done. Highly recommend them.

    For the first time buying a car I did not fell taken advantage of. I love my new Camry and feel I got a fair price. I would definately reccommend this dealership to anyone!
