car appraiser should look for a job
by CHETTY on 12/21/2013updated 06/13/2025they appraised my 2013 car 2100 miles in mint condition for 11000. all the auto web sites list the value close to 15000. the retail is over 17000. any one wanting to get screwed you know where to go. there was no one in the place and I hAD… GETTING WAITED ON. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND VERY UNFRIENDLY MANAGEMENT.***FELT TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF***

I would have had more respect if they just said the part broke and needed repair not that it was regular maintenance.… Decided to possibly go with a new car. Quoted a price and then when it was time to make the deal the price was inflated by a few thousand dollars! The sales manager was very rude. He said he didn't care what my concerns were that this was just the way it is. Great customer service...NOT!!! Did not purchase from here, went to another local Toyota dealer and was very happy. Beware of this dealership. Always go home and think about your purchase. Do not buy on the spot. I guarantee you will find something not quite right when you take the time to think about your deal.A great experience!
