    BE WARNED! On Monday, I test drove used car, had credit ran, and was approved. However, the salesperson (Jack) and manager (Brian) would not let me take car to my local mechanic without a salesperson. The catch was there was never a sales person available all week to go with me to the mechanic. Finally went there on Saturday and they told me not to worry a salesperson would take the car on Monday. I called on Monday and they told me the car was sold. Mark Hand

    Had a slow leak. Service person recommended replacement. I took his recommendation and it actually cost me less than if I had it repaired. They took me as soon as I can in. Not waiting. I could not as for friendlier, more courteous, more helpful advice.

    A brief note to recognize the outstanding job your Sales Rep Miguel Celi did to get me in a new leased vehicle on July 20th, 2015. Miguel did an outstanding job in presenting the features of the vehicle, he was attentive and very responsive to questions and he went above and beyond to make the selling experience a positive one and without exerting any pressure or providing unnecessary information. He was clear , concise and to the point and offered only what was important to help make the deal. For that Thanks Miguel and it was a pleasure having done this deal with you.

    While on my way through a rural road, I misjudged the space needed to pass a truck parked on the opposite side of the road as well as a pothole. The result was that I hit a rock "curb" and sliced my right front tire. I made an appointment with Paul Miller who changed the tire, checked the other tires and the donut tire and I was on my way. Great job!

    I am a very detail oriented and demanding "Car Guy". My Service Adviser Robert Bednarz is the same way. He will listen to what I want and understands exactly my expectations. It is like he is looking through my eyes and knows what I expect. Everytime I have dealt with him his service and customer care has exceeded my highest expectations. Robert is a true asset to Paul Miller Subaru.

    I prefer doing my own maintenance. I rarely have any of my cars serviced anywhere. That being said, I was impressed by the efficiency of the Paul Miller service department. They did a warranty repair exactly how they promised. The staff was friendly & knowledgeable. If I ever have a problem that I can not fix myself, I would trust Paul Miller with my car.

    Searched online for the lowest priced, lowest mileage car I wanted, in this case Subaru- which led me to Paul Miller. Coming from Pennsylvania, I knew that particular car probably wouldn't last long so I had a backup in mind as well. Unfortunately, my prime car was in fact sold so I had to go to plan B, a Camry. I test drove it with Brian, the salesman who was very knowledgeable and seemingly passionate about Toyotas, and it was a decent car and good ride, but had entirely too many gadgets. I could have lived with it but Brian got into their inventory and suggested that if I was still into Subaru, there was another car with somewhat higher mileage than the first but still within the price range. I test drove that one and noticed a wicked shimmy from the back end- I thought the brakes/rotors, which it turned out to be. Because of the AWD, I decided on the Subbie- and I didn't even have to ask about fixing it up- one of the managers came over and said "We drove it ourselves, and we're going to fix it all up for you. They can also do a better job detailing it so we will work on that for you too." I had nowhere to be and nothing to do so, with much appreciation, I left the lot to go explore as they worked on the car. It was done inside of two hours and finalizing the process- financing, insurance, title change, etc was smoother than I expected. It took barely 20 minutes and for a car dealership, this was probably the lowest pressure I ever felt.

    Knowledgable staff and well organized with the purchasing process. We will be going back there again for our next car. We used the Costco program and they knew the process well.

    The entire process from test drive to purchase was a pleasure. My salesman Ryan was so knowledgeable & helpful. I felt comfortable and trusted him. The Legacy is great to drive and I feel very safe in it. In the past I have had 3 Lexus', a Cadillac, Infinity and Mercedes. I think Subaru will be my car for now and the future.

    Paul Miller offers consistent professional service. All the people there are very friendly and they take good care of their customers. It's a little far for me to drive for just an oil change,but it's worth it to me. They also wash my vehicle each time I go which is an added plus.

    Ingram Lewis was the sales person I worked with on the purchase of my new Crosstrek. He was well informed and made me feel comfortable by graciously answering all my questions. I was able to drive a model with the "eyesight" feature, which I was really interested in, and did in fact purchase. Ingram was very informative about all features. Ingram has great eye contact when speaking and a pleasant sense of humor. He walked me through all the bells and whistles when I picked up the car and I drove off happy and confident. Everyone was very pleasant at the dealership. Friendly environment. I found the entire purchase was pleasant with all fees delineated up front, pricing was straight forward, no gimmicks. The same can be said of Paul Miller's "F&I" manager. In conclusion, I will gladly recommend Paul Miller Subaru dealership to others.
