by johnl327 on 08/30/2015went to trade in a car I had for a new corvette, was told one price for the trade in when I went to close the deal was told the trade in would be $5000.00 less than I was told the day before,the two people that told me the price for the… trade in denied it so I went to a dealer in N.Y. state and they made the deal with the price agreed upon with no problem, so I ordered the vette from the dealer in N.Y.,when I went back to Paramus chevrolet to show him the deal I made on paper he could care less,2016 Corvette

by americanfamily on 03/31/2015This is our second car in the past 3years everyone we dealt with three years ago was still there. from sales to finance to service. first off you don't find that in many car dealerships these days. Second off we are very satisfied not only… with our 2 chevy equinoxes but the great sales team and finance we dealt with twice now. All were very professional ,not pushy very patient with my wife myself and my kids. Answered all our questions and took care of all incidentals that go along with getting the car. On star,etc. they also treated us great the lasy t years with service on our 2012 equinox. I expect we will see the same with the new2015 we just received . Tim ,George and russ were great to us and we could not be happier. Thanks Paramus Chevy. Feels great to but American again. Great product great service.Corvette Buyer

by hayeug on 02/10/2010i had an four wheel service light come on. called went right in and took care of the issue. i had asked about other preventive measures i should take due to the miles i put on the taho. i chose to do the justice brothers emissions flush. it… got out all the carbon deposits out of the system. i cant tell you how much better the engine runs. i highly recomend this product. these guys are good!!!!Very Attentive Service Advisors

by hayeug on 07/16/2009First the dealership had the best inventory around. They give you no sales pressure. Good group of sales guys. The only comment is that the salesmen should know the difference between the LT & LTZ when I asked I might have gone for the… LTZ. What should have happened as did when i posed the question to Mr. Mike Falzone. Before I had time to finish, Mr. Falzone got right on the phone and asked a technician and got the correct answer. Had I known better I would have asked him originally. Mr. Falzone knows what he knows and does it well. He gets an answer if he does not have one, in no time at all. Thats the way to great customer service.Amazing Customer Service!

I have leased several vehicles over the past 10 years at this location, because of the honest and professional… staff. Each time I return, I always get the same excellent service I have come to expect here. Just recently I leased the new Chevy Traverse. I love the crossover as much or more than my last Tahoe. It drives amazing, with saftey features, I could not find elsewhere. Aside from loving my new crossover, the whole leasing process was a breeze. They take care of everything for you. I had to sign my name a few times and they took care of the rest. They are truly wonderful. I would never go anywhere else for a vehicle. You will not find the honest and fair deals that the Paramus Auto Mall on rte 17 offers, anywhere else. Why deal with dishonest salespeople, when you don't have to. Save yourself some time, aggravation and money and visit this showroom. You will be impressed!new car purchase / avoid this dealer
by procare on 10/17/2008I purchased a 2008 Chevy in the summer of 08. I have bought from this dealer several times in the past. After owning the car several days I noticed some paint work. I was suprised. The repaired area started to appear to be larger after… closer inspection. I took the car to an authorized shop and they found well over $1000 in repair work. I contacted the dealer and after a week of bickering and threatening them with legal problems , they said they would replace the car with another, same color etc... Well upon my returning the damaged car and re signing paperwork on the replaced car I found they increased my overall payments. I couldn t believe they had the nerve to do this after they had failed to notfiy me, in writing, about damage exceeding 1000 dollars as required by NJ Consumer Law. The second car was worth a bit more but come on. No one but the salemen ever tried to make up their MISTAKE , not a free oil change, car wash, nothing, until I made a complaint with NJ Consumer Affairs Division. After several months of paperwork the state investigator found they owed me aprox 1500 dollars in the increases on the replaced car. I finally got that but would not buy or recommend and dealings with them.The Best Around

I had to bring in the car four times for service and the problem was never fixed. I even went… on two test drives with the service manager and a mechanic who both acknowledged the problem. Every time I took the car in I was promised that the problem was fixed upon completion of service. However, the problem was never fixed. Before I even drove off the lot the problem persisted and only became progressively worse. The dealer refuses to buy the car back. I warn you to stay away from this dealer for purchase or service. They do not stand behind their vehicles and once you sign the papers they treat you like trash.Do not buy a vehicle from this dealership
by GMC68 on 02/27/2014updated 05/05/2025do not buy a vehicle from this dealership!!! purchased a used gmc sierra from paramus chevy this past monday. on tuesday the check engine light came on and the truck would not shift out of 3rd gear. took to my mechanic to find it was the… transmission and told the cost would be $2000 to fix. i called the dealership within 24 hours of the purchase and asked to return the truck given the severe mechanical failure. was told no warranty and as is means nothing we can do. customer service pathetic, especially the salesman and multiple managers, were absolutely useless in helping remedy the situation and were unwilling to at least offer to take vehicle back or contribute to the cost of fixing the vehicle. in addition, told by my mechanic that it needed 2 tires just to pass inspection. the dealership claims to have great customer service and that, and i quote, my commitment to you doesn t end with the delivery of your vehicle. this is just the beginning of our relationship . what a bunch of crap, The sales person i dealt with will not answer any emails or return my phone calls. i was assured by 4 different people at the dealership, including several managers and a member of the service team, that the truck was pristine and in great shape. totally scammed, once they get your money they could care less. do your homework folks and dont get scammed like I did. To boot I drove 100 miles to purchase this truck, what a total waste.Unhappy with repairs
by Luferdi on 02/03/2014updated 05/05/2025I was experiencing a problem with my 2009 Aveo; the car started losing power while driving and no matter how much gas I gave it, it would not drive faster than 15-20 mph; the check engine light would come on after the loss of power and… remained on. I would had to stop, shut off the car, wait a couple of minutes and start it up again, in order to regain full power (The check engine light would remain on); this started a year ago, and when I brought the car for service, they could not find the problem; they would reset some codes, the check light would go off, and the problem would go away. A year later, with the cold winter, the problem came back and with the same result; the dealer had no idea what was causing it. Finally they told me it needed $2000 worth of repairs to fix the issue; I went along with it and got it done; a week later, the car lost power again; they checked it and now they told me it needed additional $500 to fix the throtle body; I spoke with the manager and he kept insiting that the check engine light was on because a different issue was present; however, that was not the reason I got $2000 worth of repairs.. it was to fix the lost of power, which would cause the check engine light to come on... I believe the car should be fixed at no additional charge, since the problem is still present, which means that whatever was done to it did not fix it and it was probably not needed.. the manage wants me to pay for the additional repairs at a discounted price, but he does not guarantee it is going ot fix the probelm... The people at the dealer were very nice and friendly, but I don't belive they took care of my problem at all...My Silverado Service
